VIDEO AND HOW WE USE EM

MARKETING – We use video in a number of ways. First and foremost, for advertising vacant units. In addition to our high quality photos we take and add to each listing, we also include a video walk through of the unit. This gives prospective tenants a more in depth idea of the property and helps us rent places faster. Video gives a perspective of the property that pictures just can’t. The video is uploaded to YouTube and embedded right on the advertisement on our website and syndicated rental search services. If the rental search service doesn’t have the ability to play the video on their site, a link is included to the YouTube video.

Prospective tenants can view the video from the comfort of their home and decide if they want an in person showing. Since they already have viewed the video and have a pretty good idea of the property, these prospective tenants often quickly turn into tenants.

DOCUMENTATION – We also use video to document the condition of the property before a tenant takes possession and after a tenant vacates. Yeah, pictures are good, but video is better. If there is ever a dispute as to the condition of the property, would you rather show someone a picture or a video? Remember perspective? Video gives perspective and detail that a picture cannot.

Our use of video and technology gives us an advantage and is another way we are disrupting the Property Management industry. Other Property Managers MAY offer video but we bet they will charge you a bit extra – – Not us, video = included!
