Maintenance Requests

Professional Rental Operations™ REQUIRE all non-emergent maintenance requests be submitted in writing. The easiest way to do this is by submitting a maintenance request on your tenant portal. Once submitted, we receive a notification and can dispatch the appropriate person or company to handle your maintenance issue.


FOR EMERGENCY REQUESTS ONLY: For normal business hours emergencies, call 207-991-9800 and select option 1. For after hours, weekend or holiday emergencies, call the office at 207-991-9800 and select option 4. NOTE: Emergencies are items such as no heat in the winter, frozen, flooding or burst pipes, leaking roofs etc. Things that are NOT emergencies are squeaking cabinet doors, microwaves not heating or the bottom electrical outlet not working properly.
