For Licensed Real Estate Agents who refer clients to us, we offer referral payments as specified. For any client you refer to us, who enters into an agreement with us for our Home Watch Service, we will pay you $50. For tenant referrals, we require you show the unit to the tenant (lock box code will be provided to you). If the tenant signs a lease with us for that unit, we will pay you $300. For property owner referrals, who sign up for one of our full service management plans, we offer 2 options, listed below. For all referrals, we guarantee (in fact its in the agreement) that when its time for the person to purchase or sell real estate in the future, we will refer them back to you.

Real Estate Agents Referral Fee or Partnership Program

Option 1: Flat Fee Pay Out

The first option is for a flat pay out of $150 per door. In other words, if you refer a client who has 1 unit, and they sign up for one of our management plans, we would send you a check for $150. If you refer a client to us who has 5 units, and they sign up for one of our management plans for all 5 units, we would send you a check for $750 ($150 x 5).

Option 2: Partner Program

The second option you can choose is our Real Estate Agent partner program. In the agreement, you agree to send all referrals to us, and no other property manager. You also agree to not participate in property management activities yourself. Under the partner program, we will create a portfolio within our management system that will house all the referrals you send us that sign up for one of our management plans. Each month, we will pay you 20% of the management fees collected. You will have access to view this portfolio to see where you are at and what the units you refer are bringing in. Example: Jon Smith, licensed Real Estate Agent refers Jim Jones to us. Jim signs up for our most popular plan, the Gold Plan, with 5 of his units. Because he has 5 units, he will be on the Multi Unit Owner Gold Plan. We will create a portfolio, that you have viewing access to, with all 5 of Jim’s units. Each month, Jim’s management fees would total $475.00. Each month we would send Jon a check for $95 for the life of the management agreement and while the partnership agreement is still active. If Jim adds additional units to be managed by us, and the partnership agreement is still active, those units will count for the real estate agent as well.
