Maine Property Watch Service
Most Maine owners of second homes, vacation homes, or as we like to call them in Maine “camps” live more than an hour away. This makes it difficult to keep track and monitor the property as much as should be done. We also have a lot of “snowbirds”. We get it, we hate winter too! However, we will stay and look after your property while you are gone…Enjoy Florida!
So, What does the Property Watch Service Consist Of?
Great question! Below is a checklist we will go through when we check on your property. We will send you, via email, an inspection report documenting the time we arrived, a breakdown of the below items and the time we leave. If there are any items that are worrisome, we will take pictures and include them with the emailed report.
