PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Let’s face it. When you own real estate, maintenance will eventually be required. The longer you let the small problems go, the more expensive they will become. Eventually, you’re gonna have to tackle it, so why not put it on the preventative maintenance plan? Preventative maintenance aims to fix small issues before they become bigger, more expensive ones (bigger problem plus now it may have become an emergency and so emergency fees will be billed = not good). Owner’s may choose to opt-in to our preventative maintenance plan. The plan includes the following for a one time fee of $525.00
Annual Furnace Service
Once annually, the heating system will be cleaned and “tuned-up”. Note: preventative maintenance covers the cost of labor and materials for the annual service. Any work needed above and beyond the annual service will be billed
separately.
Smoke/CO detectors
We will test all smoke/co detectors and change batteries. If smoke/co detectors fail or are over 8 years old, we will replace at home owner cost. If there are fire extinguishers in the property, we will coordinate having these
tested/inspected by qualified individuals for an extra charge.
Rain Gutter Inspection
We will inspect your rain gutters for leaf build up or other blockages, cracks, broken clips etc. NOTE: this is only an inspection service. Any work associated with repairing/clearing will be billed separately, upon approval of
property owner.
Flush Water Heater
Water Heaters are expensive to replace. They tend to be used every day and, unfortunately, will often build up and collect sediment. This causes the water to get dirty and could damage the system. Its good practice to flush the water
heater to keep the water clean and everything running smoothly.
