If you are a client using one of our management programs, and refer someone for our Property Watch Service, we will give you the equivalent of 1 month management services free.

If you are a Property Watch Service client and refer someone else for our Property Watch Service, we will give you 2 property checks free.

If you are a client using one of our management programs and refer someone who signs up for one of our management plans, we will give you the equivalent of 2 months management services free.

If you are a Property Watch Service client and refer someone who signs up for one of our management plans, we will give you the equivalent of 4 property checks free.
