Step 2 – National Websites (Trulia, realestate.com, apartments.com, etc.)

While our website gets a ton of traffic, we haven’t achieved the level of traffic apartments.com gets….YET! So, we syndicate our ads to their sites too. Our property management software connects directly to these national real estate sites; information is pulled from our database and uploaded directly to these platforms. Prospective tenants can view your advertised unit on these sites and connect with our leasing department to get additional info, schedule showings, apply etc.

Sure, we take pictures but so does “Property Manager” Jim spelled with a G, who works out of the van he also lives in. Here is our difference, we do a video walk through of every unit we advertise. And we don’t charge you for it! Photos have become an industry standard, however, unfortunately, sometimes, they are done haphazardly (no Gim, we don’t want to see your beautiful reflection, half of which is covered by a flash, in the bathroom mirror.)
