Optional Full Service Cleaning

Our Full Service Move Out Clean option is offered to tenants who are moving out of their unit but don’t want to deal with the hassle of cleaning. If you sign up for this option, on moving day, all you have to do is remove your personal belongings and trash. We will take care of the rest. Moving is stressful enough. Don’t worry about cleaning or finding someone to hire, let us do it.

This service is offered to our tenants for two reasons. Reason one, you have enough to worry about when moving and we don’t want to add stress to your life. Making sure a rental is clean is time consuming. Reason two, we want to ensure the rental is getting cleaned properly for incoming tenants and so that you get your full security deposit back. Too often tenants don’t clean their rental to the standards required and we end up having to go in and clean it anyway. We get it, you have a lot going on. Let us take this part off your hands for a flat fee of $375.00.

This fee cannot be taken out of the security deposit and must be paid in advance. Please complete the sign up and pay the fee at least 30 days prior to your move out so that we can schedule accordingly.
