Owner payments to you, without having to go to the bank and deposit your check! That’s right! We initiate electronic payments to owners between the 10th and the 25th of the month! The same month the payment is received from the tenant. This time frame varies based on what plan you sign up for and options you choose as well as tenant on time payment and holidays/weekends etc. To put it simply, you do nothing except check your bank account to make sure the money made it! Simple!
